“This is a very good set of results.” That is how Pere Viñolas, CEO of Colonial, summarized the performance of the Socimi that specializes in offices during the first quarter of 2022.
The company, which owns buildings in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris, improved its revenues by 4.1%, compared to the same period a year earlier, to 82 million euros. Also, its net profit grew by 32%, to 26 million euros.
