Cofinimmo, the company listed on the Brussels stock exchange, is not taking its foot off the throttle in terms of the expansion of nursing homes across the country. In its latest move, it has announced that it is going to build a new nursing home on land previously acquired in Granada.
The combined approximate investment by the company in the acquisition of the land and the construction work is expected to amount to 12 million euros. The nursing home has already been pre-leased to Grupo Reifs, the main operator in this segment in Andalucía.
