Sareb is able to continue with its plans to create one of the largest property developers in the country with plots of land awarded from the bank restructuring.
The National Competition Market Commission (CNMC) has just ruled in its favour by refusing to initiate an investigation into the start-up of Árqura Homes, the property developer created in 2019 through a bank restructuring fund (FAB) and owned in part (10%) by the international fund Värde Partners.
