Clarion Gramercy Buys 5 Logistics Assets in Spain from CBRE GI

The US manager has acquired 60,000 square metres of surface area for around €30 million.

Clarion Gramercy, a US investment fund manager specialising in real estate, has purchased five logistics assets in Spain from CBRE Global Investor (CBRE GI), according to Expansión.

The assets are located in the Corredor del Henares and span almost 60,000 square metres. The operation was closed in early March for around €30 million.
