
Clarion Partners Europe, the real estate investment fund manager specialised in logistics assets, has acquired a portfolio consisting of five logistics assets in Spain from the company Prologis. The firm agreed to pay €90 million, according to market sources.
The logistics portfolio, which totals some 132,350 square metres, includes properties in Catalonia and Andalusia.
Specifically, the firm purchased a 42,253-square-metre asset that includes two warehouses in Costantí (Tarragona), built in 2009 and leased to a global supplier of 3PL. The warehouses are located at the junction of the AP-7 and the A-27, on Barcelona’s third ring road.
