Christian Hannover and his partner Logika European Partners are going to launch a luxury housing project at number 60 Calle Hermosilla in Madrid. This will be Hannover’s second project in the neighbourhood, according to reports from El Confidencial.
Logika has purchased this property, which spans 2,200 m2, for €10 million. The fund intends to carry out the project itself, although as has happened on other occasions, it has not ruled out the possibility of selling the building once the building permit has been approved.
