The firm Logika European Partners led by, amongst others, the aristocrat Christian de Hannover, is working to close its fifth investment in the luxury real estate market in Madrid.
The company, which has already acquired four other properties to renovate and subsequent put on the market, holds a purchase option over the building located at number five Calle Núñez de Balboa, in the exclusive Salamanca district of the capital. For this project, Logika has signed a joint venture with another Spanish real estate company Single Homes.
