Construcciones Hormigones Martínez (CHM) is launching its own development with a new project called Torre Sakura, a 22-storey building that will house 76 homes on the seafront of Playa de Poniente. Construction of the residential complex is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
The development will be made up of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two exclusive penthouses. The one-bedroom flats will be on floors one to eleven, will span 54 square metres plus 14 square metres of terrace and will cost upwards of 188,000 euros.
