The real estate company Century 21 New Estate has created a joint venture with SCG Capital Group, a firm specialising in real estate asset management, with the aim of developing a dedicated department for Investments, Projects and New Build Initiatives. The alliance will begin with projects in the Cataluña area.
With this new business venture, the company is planning to manage 100 new-build promotions between 2021 and 2025, as well as to increase its annual turnover by 20%.
