CBRE IM Buys Almost 70,000 m2 of Logistics Land in Meco & Torrejón de Ardoz

The two warehouses are fully occupied and used to belong to DWS, which in turn acquired them two years ago.

The Henares corridor between Madrid and Guadalajara continues to be a priority objective for international investors when it comes to logistics. CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM), on behalf of one of its investment funds, has just joined the long list of firms to debut in the rising market and to do so with assets that are already up and running and fully operational.

The firm has announced the purchase of two logistics assets in Madrid from DWS with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of 67,859 metres on land where the average price per square metre is around 500 euros in Meco and almost 700 in Torrejón de Ardoz, according to data from the Real Estate Big Data Platform Brains Real Estate.
