A dozen investors are currently fighting it out in what is set to be the largest real estate operation in Spain post-Covid: the sale of the logistics portfolio owned by Montepino and CBRE Global Investors.
The international fund manager and the Zaragozan property developer signed an alliance at the end of 2017 to invest in logistics assets in the main logistics hubs across Spain.
