CBRE Global Investors and Montepino are finalising the details of the sale of their logistics portfolio. It will be the largest portfolio to go on the market in the logistics sector in Spain this year.
The companies, which joined forces through a joint venture at the end of 2017, have awarded the sales mandate to Morgan Stanley and the real estate consultancy CBRE, according to El Economista.
