CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of one of its pan-European funds, has completed the acquisition of an office campus in 22@, Barcelona. Glenwell Group sold the asset for an undisclosed price, though market sources put it at around 75 million euros.
Z Green Oasis is currently under development. It will have 15,439 square metres of office space spread over three buildings and 5,000 square metres of green areas and outdoor terraces. The project will be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
Office investment exceeded 545 million euros in the first half of the year in Barcelona, 73% more than in the same period last year, according to CBRE. It was the highest figure since 2008, marking the best quarter in thirteen years.
