The Madrid office market closed the first quarter of the year with the leasing of 130,000 m2, up by 30% compared to the same quarter in 2021, according to data from the consulting firm CBRE.
Now that many workers have started working in the office once again, many companies are renting or pre-renting office space, especially within the M-30. Most are searching for high-quality and sustainable buildings.
