The Swedish fund manager has purchased the 191 rental homes in Valdemoro (Madrid) from the property developer Activitas through its Catella European Residential fund (CER) for €25 million.
The development, which is located next to the Hospital Reina Sofía in the Madrilenian town of Valdemoro, comprises two buildings spanning 14,398 m2 in total. The buildings contain 191 homes, 191 parking spaces and 191 storerooms. The completed development also has an indoor pool, pádel court, children’s playground and a multipurpose sports court.
