The coworking company will open a new 1,400-m² space in Barcelona's Torre Realia next October.
The planned development will have 31,000 square metres of office space and requires an investment of 100 million euros.
Logistics investment totalled €1.382 billion between April and June of this year, up 750% q-o-q. However, facility uptake fell in Madrid and Barcelona.
According to Brains Real Estate, exclusive areas within the districts of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Les Corts and Sant Martí have the highest rents in Barcelona.
