Castellana Properties Acquires Office Building to Expand the Los Arcos Shopping Centre

The socimi will invest €15.6 million in redeveloping the property, which is joined with the Los Arcos shopping centre in Seville.

The socimi Castellana Properties has acquired an office building with a gross leasable area of more than 4,600 square metres from Aliseda. The property, which is attached to the Los Arcos shopping centre, will be transformed and integrated into the commercial space with an investment of 15.6 million euros.

The company plans to provide Los Arcos with new leisure and restaurant areas with twelve new brands. According to Castellana Properties, “the expansion would allow the shopping centre “to remain at the forefront, increase its commercial mix and consolidate itself as one of the [best shopping centres] in Seville.”

Specifically, construction work is expected to begin in early 2022, while the first openings of the establishments will take place during the first half of 2023.
