The Italian firm Casavo, which made its debut in Madrid in January, has launched an app that allows you to value a home and continue with the purchase process online. This represents the company’s response to the crisis caused by coronavirus; there are now many real estate companies that are facilitating online reservations and home visits.
Given the restrictions in place on conventional in-person visits, Casavo has developed an application for individuals who want to show their home remotely to obtain an offer and complete the subsequent sale. The app is available for Android and iOS.
