Carrefour Acquires 172 Supersol Supermarkets in Deal Worth €78-Million

The French retail group has reached an agreement to acquire the Supersol supermarket chain, in a deal that is likely to be completed in early 2021.

The Carrefour distribution group has reached an agreement to acquire the Supersol supermarket chain, which is owned by the Lithuanian group Maxima.
