Carmila has sold four shopping centres in Andalucía to a family office for a total of 75 million euros. In addition, it has disposed of an asset in France for 15 million euros, as reported by the company.
Specifically, the shopping centres sold by Carmila in Andalucía are the Los Patios and Alameda retail spaces, located in Málaga, and the Los Barrios and Gran Sur centres, located in Algeciras. Each of the four centres has around 35 stores with high occupancy rates.
