The real estate company Urbas has reached an agreement with Care Property to develop six new nursing homes in Spain. The total volume of the agreement exceeds 140 million euros.
The strategic alliance includes the acquisition of land and the complete execution of the turnkey projects, which will be acquired by Care Property under the terms of an additional agreement.
