Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar and Haya Real Estate have launched a new campaign called “House Friday”, which comprises a selection of 3,500 properties with discounts of up to 40% and free notary fees. To obtain these savings, buyers need to formalise their deeds of sale during the reservation period, with Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar assuming the notary expenses associated with the deed of sale, up to a maximum of 1,000 euros per transaction.
Most of the properties that form part of the campaign, which will end on 31 December, are located in the Community of Valencia, where there are more than 1,500 properties, and Andalucía, where there are more than 1,000, followed by Murcia with around 520.
