The Company for the Management of Assets Proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) and CaixaBank have signed a collaboration agreement to facilitate access to mortgage loans from the financial institution to all those individuals and companies interested in acquiring properties from Sareb. To this end, the two entities have set up an initiative called Casa Fácil CaixaBank-Sareb.
The agreement applies to assets being marketed by Servihabitat
The agreement will apply to Sareb’s finished homes, annexes and tertiary-use assets, that have licenses for their occupation and that are being marketed by Servihabitat, one of the four servicers responsible for managing and selling Sareb’s assets and, specifically, the one that works exclusively with CaixaBank properties.
