Cadbe Grupo Inmobiliario, owned by the Benito González family, has acquired a 3,000 square metre office building on Calle García Martín, 16 in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), to incorporate into its property portfolio.
The building is going to be completely renovated to “place it on the rental market in light of the shortage of high-quality office space in Pozuelo de Alarcón”, explain sources at the company. The price of the transaction has not been revealed.
