64% of Spaniards are willing to buy a single-family home and only 17% would opt for a flat following the pandemic. That is according to those surveyed for the “The Global Buyer Survey” conducted by Knight Frank.
However, the survey, which reflects the changes in buyers’ attitudes post-Covid, reveals that buyers would only buy a house or villa provided it is in the city in which they currently reside.
