Carlos Martin, Brosh’s Director of Developments, pointed out that the company decided to expand its business outside the Madrid region just over two years ago. “It was clear to us that we wanted to grow on the Costa del Sol, with Mijas being our first destination. Within the Costa del Sol, the municipality of Mijas is desired by all and has great potential,” Mr Martin stated. He added that “It stands out for being one of the main golfing centres in southern Europe and also offers its citizens and tourists exceptional quality of life.”
The construction company Sanbro, which belongs to the same business group, will be responsible for building the homes, while HCP architecture & engineering will be in charge of the design.
The works starting now correspond to the first phase, where more than 100 homes will be built and are expected to be handed over to their owners in the second half of 2023.
