Brookfield Acquires the Hotel Madrid Princesa

A major operation has been closed in the Spanish capital. The Canadian manager Brookfield is finalizing the purchase of the Hotel Madrid Princesa from Colony NorthStar for 175 million euros, according to El Confidencial.

The four-star hotel complex has 409 rooms and 14 suites. Constructed in 1976, it is also home to meeting and events rooms spanning 1,500 square meters. The property has a total surface area of 35,000 square meters.
