Crossbay is Europe’s first last-mile logistics platform specifically for single-tenant distribution centres. The investment firm Meyer Bergman launched it in May 2020.
The UK fund, rebranded in October last year as MARK, began acquiring last-mile assets in 2018, forming Crossbay’s initial portfolio. The company currently operates in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands. Its business focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing urban logistics facilities in Europe’s major markets.
