Brickbro, which specialises in the purchase of premises and their subsequent transformation into offices for sale, has put on the market a portfolio of assets located in Barcelona and Madrid.
According to reports, the properties span a combined surface area of 11,327 square metres and are worth around 14 million euros. The assets in Barcelona are located in the districts of Gracia, Eixample and Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, and those in Madrid are located in Chamberí, Retiro and Salamanca.
