Several Brazilian investors, through the company Global Armorica, are finalising the purchase of the Ribera del Xúquer Shopping Centre in Valencia, according to Cinco Días. The Latin American investors will pay 45 million euros to the current owner of the asset, the investment company CBRE Investment Management.
The shopping centre has a gross leasable area of 81,000 square metres, spread over three floors and 1,500 parking spaces. Promoted by Grupo Lar and Eroski, its construction began in 2004 and it was opened to the public in 2005. Since 2009, it has been managed by the UBS group together with Eroski and, since 2015, it has been owned by CBRE IM.
