BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development, in a joint venture with the Spanish co-investment firm Therus Invest, has closed its first real estate development operation in Spain. The companies are going to build an office project spanning 30,000 square metres in Madrid, which has just been acquired by Amundi Immobilier.
The turnkey project comprises two buildings and delivery is scheduled for the last quarter of 2022. The project, which will be built according to the LEED Platinum standard, is located in the Madbit technology district of the capital. Specifically, it is located on Calle Alcalá, opposite Torre Aria metro station.
