Bluespace, the company that specialises in the rental of storage rooms for individuals and warehouses for companies and SMEs, has bought two industrial buildings in Sevilla to expand its activity in the Andalucían capital and the surrounding region.
CBRE, a leading real estate consultancy and services firm, has advised Bluespace on the operation.
