The investment firm Blue Coast Capital has put two office assets in Madrid and Barcelona up for sale for €100 million. The consultancy firm JLL will be in charge of the commercialisation, according to PropertyEU.
The asset in the capital consists of 7,215 m2, in Méndez Álvaro. The five-storey building houses the offices of Just Eat and Amazon, among other tenants. The one located in Barcelona is in the 22@ office district and is the headquarters of the technology company Hewlett Packard. This asset is of nearly identical size, with 7,211 sqm.
Blue Coast Capital began operating in 2019, the product of a merger. It has developments in the United Kingdom, Spain, the United States, Germany, Poland and France.
