Blackstone is continuing to divest assets. The US investment fund has put the real estate portfolio of its socimi Euripo Properties up for sale. As reported by El Confidencial and confirmed by Brainsre.news, Euripo would subsequently cease trading on BME Growth.
For the moment, it is not known whether they will be sold to a single buyer or will be sold gradually, as market sources have explained to this media.
The Shareholders’ Meeting will vote on December 29 to delist Euripo as current legislation requires.
The properties of this socimi belong to the Buffalo portfolio, purchased by Blackstone from BBVA, and Banco Popular, through a debt portfolio acquired from Venmark Investment.
