Blackstone announced that it would sell the rental properties, held under the socimi Albirana Properties, it acquired from the former Catalunya Caixa (ex-BBVA).
The company has commissioned a firm to perform a valuation of the assets, which will be presented at an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting in September. The portfolio is expected to include thousands of apartments, according to an article in El Confidencial.
