
The Socimi Fidere Patrimonio, one of the vehicles that Blackstone uses to control its residential portfolio in Spain, has announced that it will hold an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on 23 March, where it will discuss the distribution of its profits to the company’s shareholders.
According to the agenda published by Fidere, the Socimi’s managers are going to propose the approval of an ordinary dividend to be charged against the accounts for 2020 and another, extraordinary, dividend to be charged against the reserves. The amounts of the distributions are unknown at this stage.
