Aliseda Inmobiliaria, the company controlled by Santander and Blackstone, has launched a new campaign to sell some of the real estate assets that it has in its portfolio (it manages a total of 80,000 properties and 40,000 collateral assets proceeding from Banco Popular’s real estate portfolio)
Specifically, the company has announced that it is placing 1,500 plots of land on the market, in various locations across the Spanish peninsula, with a special focus on Castilla y León and Andalucía, as well as on residential use. The plan, called ‘Easy Land’, involves the sale of plots to build single-family homes. Together, the land spans a combined surface area of more than 1.8 million square metres and has a combined value of 71 million euros.
