Blackstone Negotiates the Sale of an Office Building with UBS for €50 Million

The US fund is finalising the sale of an office building, located on Calle Principe de Vergara 108 in the Spanish capital, to UBS for around 50 million euros.

The US fund Blackstone is in the middle of a due diligence process to sell UBS an office building in Madrid. The operation is expected to be closed for more than 50 million euros, according to sources from the sector speaking to elEconomista.

The property is located at number 108 Calle Príncipe de Vergara and has an above-ground surface area of 7,324 square metres distributed over 12 floors and a commercial premise, plus 68 underground parking spaces.
