Blackstone Launches the First Online Parking Space Management Company in Spain

The servicer Aliseda, controlled by Blackstone, and Hola Pisos have launched TuGaraje.com, a portal to help drivers search for parking spaces. The platform contains more than 7,000 parking spaces distributed across the country.

The servicer Aliseda Inmobiliaria, controlled by Blackstone, and Hola Pisos, the commercial brand for asset sales by Anticipa Real Estate – which is also controlled by the US fund -, have launched TuGaraje.com, the first marketplace to allow users to search for parking spaces online.

The new website makes more than 7,000 parking spaces distributed all over the country available to customers. In total, the value of the assets for sale exceeds 55 million euros, as reported by the promoters in a statement.
