The Socimi Fidere, controlled by the US fund Blackstone, has held a general meeting where it has approved the distribution of almost five million euros to its shareholders by way of a dividend.
The company had proposed to its shareholders the distribution of almost 4.9 million euros to its owners and the allocation of 545,580 euros to reserves, a request that was approved by the Board. Payment of the dividend will be made on 7 July, with the distribution of 0.488739896 euros per share.
