Through Buffalo (socimi) Holdco, the sole shareholder of Euripo Properties, the US investment fund Blackstone has requested to delist all Euripo’s shares from BME Growth.
Earlier this month, Blackstone announced that it would sell Euripo Properties’ real estate portfolio, which has been listed on the stock exchange for the past three years.
It is unknown whether the properties of Euripo, which has also ceased to be a socimi, will be sold to a single buyer or sold piecemeal, market sources told Brainsre.news.
The asset, which Anticipa Real Estate manages, is mainly engaged in purchasing and developing urban properties for lease.
