Anticipa Real Estate and Aliseda Inmobiliaria have launched a new line of business under the brand EFFIC to act as a renovation agent in the context of the European Next Generation funds. EFFIC will manage projects to improve efficiency and obtain energy savings in homes throughout the country and will rely on financial entities to finance the renovation of residential properties.
