The British fund Blackbrook is finalising its debut in the Spanish market and, to this end, is negotiating with Lar España regarding the purchase of a portfolio of supermarkets operated by Eroski.
Specifically, the fund wants to acquire the 22 retail spaces that the Socimi first put up for sale in March, just before the outbreak of Covid. Lar then suspended the operation for a few months due to the uncertainty generated by the pandemic, but given the interest from large investors in this type of property, it decided to reactivate it, according to Expansión.
