The Irish company BidX1 has closed its latest auction with the sale of 84% of the real estate assets that it had in its catalogue for a total of 4.5 million pounds (equivalent to €5 million). In April, the firm sold 25 lots from a portfolio of 30 properties for £2.4m (€ 2.7m), according to PropertyWeek.
The most expensive asset was a residential property auctioned on 3 June, located in Surrey, UK, which was sold for £600,000 (€672,861).
