The logistics sector ended last week as it began: with new acquisitions. BentallGreenOak, one of the largest real estate funds in the world, has completed the sale of a logistics portfolio made up of five warehouses located in the first and second logistics rings of Barcelona and Bilbao.
The operation, which has been advised exclusively on the sale-side by CBRE, involves assets spanning a total surface area of 60,000 square metres with an average occupancy rate of close to 90%.
