BentallGreenOak and ASG Iberia have sold one of the most sought-after commercial assets in the centre of Madrid. It is located on Calle Fuencarral 77 and it is where Mercadona plans to open its new most central store in the Spanish capital.
The sale has been closed to a private investor managed by Elcano IM and CBRE has advised Mercadona, the new tenant, on the sale operation and the rental process.
