The administrative processing of the urban plan for the Ensanche Levante in Benidorm is continuing. The City Council has endorsed the municipal report detailing the preliminary version of this Partial Plan for urban development in the seaside town, which is located in the province of Alicante.
The plan will develop 575,000 square metres of land in the most recognised area of the municipality, next to the Levante and just a few metres from its most iconic beach. This important patch of land will allow for the incorporation of up to 20 hotels, 1,564 tourist homes and 782 residential flats.
