B&B Continues its Expansion and Opens a New Hotel in Madrid

B&B Hotels will operate the new B&B Hotel Madrid Alcorcón, which is owned by Domingo Contreras, under a guaranteed long-term rental contract, whereby continuing with its asset-light model in which it rents 100% of its real estate assets - the key to its strong growth rates.

B&B Hotels has opened a new hotel in Madrid, whereby continuing with its expansion plans in Spain.

The new B&B Hotel Madrid Alcorcón is located on Avda. De Leganés nº 58 on the corner with C / Industrias Nº 1, Madrid. It comprises 81 twin, double and family rooms, free parking (28 covered spaces and 18 uncovered spaces), high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception and cafeteria, 24-hour free coffee and tea, a buffet breakfast (currently take away breakfast) and early check-in/late check-out.
