Batipart Puts its Nursing Homes in Spain and Italy on the Market for €350 Million

The Batipart group, the holding company owned by the French Ruggieri family, has commissioned Natixis Partners and Crédit Agricole to sell a mega portfolio of 24 nursing homes for the elderly located in Spain and Italy.

The operation, which is being managed from France and which offers a yield of 5%, could amount to around 350 million euros and may even exceed that figure, according to various financial sources speaking to El Economista. Batipart is owned by the Ruggieri family, one of the wealthiest in France.
