Batex & Duplex, the alliance formed between the commercial project manager Batex and the architecture and engineering studio Duplex ARQ Factory, is focusing its activity on the development of commercial real estate projects of various types for the company itself, as well as for third parties and as a sponsor for specialist investors.
It is currently developing 6 projects across Spain, in addition to preparing the execution of several retail parks. The investment value of the projects that Batex has developed over the last 25 years amounts to approximately 1.5 billion euros.
